Job Description
Airport Ground Staff are responsible for assisting passengers during their time at the airport and ensuring their safety and comfort. Responsibilities include checking in passengers, tagging and handling luggage, assisting with boarding and disembarking, and providing information to passengers about flight schedules and airport facilities.
In addition to these duties, Airport Ground Staff must also have excellent customer service skills, as they will be interacting with passengers on a regular basis. They must be able to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
