A fatal road accident in Telangana’s Nagarkurnool district led to the tragic death of a 40-year-old man after his two-wheeler was struck by a car belonging to local BJP leader Bharat Prasad.
The victim was identified as Chatamoni Ramulu, a resident of Gattu Ravipakula village in the Telakapalli mandal. The incident occurred near the Kollapur cross roads junction while Ramulu was riding his two-wheeler back to his village. According to local reports, the BJP leader was traveling in his four-wheeler from Achampet toward Nagarkurnool when the collision took place.
The impact of the crash left Ramulu with severe, life-threatening head injuries. Passersby and witnesses rushed to his aid, and he was initially shifted to the Nagarkurnool General Hospital for emergency stabilization. As his medical condition rapidly deteriorated, doctors referred him to a advanced facility in Hyderabad, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment.
