Haritha Haram Plantation Program
Haritha Haram is the flagship afforestation program of the Government of Telangana, launched to increase the state's green cover through large-scale tree plantation and environmental conservation. The program in Nagarkurnool District includes plantation drives at schools, government offices, roadsides, public parks, villages, and forest areas. Citizens, students, volunteers, and government departments actively participate in planting and protecting saplings to create a greener and healthier environment.
